How does the return process work?
To return an item, please fill out the following form – Return Form . A member of staff will process your request as soon as possible.
Please enclose the return form or a note with your details (name, address, order number) and the reason for return in the package.
When returning your products to us, please note the following:
- You should obtain proof of postage and keep it until you have received your refund or replacement.
- Returned products will be processed within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays) of receipt .
- You must package the goods with reasonable care so that the products are not damaged during transport.
- When returning electronic devices, they must be returned in their original packaging to avoid transport damage
- For goods that have to be returned to us via a freight forwarder, the return costs will not be covered.
What can be returned?
You can return the received goods within 14 days by returning the goods.
You can return to us any unopened products that are not used and still in their original packaging. Please package the returned products well so that they are not damaged during the return shipment.
Please also state the exact reason (optional) for the return ( return form ) and the following data: name, address, order number.

Please note the following:
Purchases made during promotional or sale periods are excluded from this right of withdrawal, unless there is a legal defect or another non-excludable reason for return. See terms and conditions or right of return.
How do I get my money back?
As soon as we receive your return in good condition and within the 14-day return period, you will get your money back. We can also issue a purchase voucher if you wish.
Depending on how you paid us, you will receive:
- If you pay in advance , a credit will be made to your bank account. Please provide us with your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can carry out the transfer.
- at PayPal a credit to your PayPal account.
- With immediate transfer, a credit will be made to your bank account. Please provide us with your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can carry out the transfer.
- If you pay by credit card, a credit will be made to your credit card.
The refund will be made within a few days. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time!
